Why do we cry even more when we look at ourselves in the mirror while in the process of letting our emotions out?
Is it because we're admitting and submitting to the fact that we are upset?
Perhaps we see ourselves in a more accurate light, see the excess feeling draining out of body and mind.
That moment when you stare at yourself and see your bloodshot eyes staring right back.
How tears catch on your eyelashes, then run and sprinkle down your face.
Shoulders start to heave more as you make eye contact.
Maybe its because its a way too actually see the desperation in your actions.
Or the feelings going away.
A reflection of the reasons you try so hard to hide.
